What causes happiness and fulfillment in a person's life? What makes a person happy is having their desired career, in addition to being in good health and having a solid circle of social connections!

It doesn't matter if they are men or women; we increasingly find ourselves conversing with people who aspire to work in a particular field, but for the vast majority of them, the ambition stays unfulfilled. We attribute it to bad fortune, the necessity of having a set pay, and general living situations. Nothing could be more incorrect, though, because the adage "where there is a will, there is a way" was not actually taken into account for these same people.

So how do you go about fulfilling that goal you've been hoarding for too long? How can we wake up every morning happy to go to work because we now have "that" job, which is what we have always wanted to do? How can we feel content and fulfilled? 

These are the seven actions you can take to land the job you want. 

1. Recognize The Company's Needs:

By submitting applications on a daily basis, you can assume that a particular position (such as administrative assistant) could be the same in every organization.

This is incorrect because a position can vary from company to firm even if it has the same name. Never take anything for granted, and be sure you are familiar with the duties and responsibilities of the function in issue. You won't be able to get a callback for the job interview other than in this manner. 

2. Use Keywords:

Pay attention to the language used in the job ad description. Create a list of all the words that best represent the profile, then utilize those same words as much as possible in your resume.

Additionally, try to make the sentences simpler. Keep in mind that utilizing a narrative approach is never advised. The ideal strategy when creating a CV or a cover letter is to be direct and get right to the main ideas. 

Also, using keywords will make your professional profile far more useful and simple for recruiters to uncover when they conduct web searches to identify candidates for open positions.

3. Match Your Profile To The Job Advert:

Make sure that your CV as closely as possible reflects the job advertisement you read. If you do not utilize the European CV style, customize your summary and make sure to list the skills and qualifications needed for the particular post you are applying for.

If you choose the European format, be careful to indicate in the relevant part under your personal data what you are applying for and what the professional sector of reference is. Give each resume you send careful consideration, and you will see a significant increase in the number of job interviews you are invited to. 

4. Emphasize Your Achievements:

Your CV doesn't need to be overly drawn-out or complex. The recruiter will grow bored as a result. Always utilize numbers and percentages as proof of your claims wherever possible. Even as you plan to compose this part, double-check that the objectives attained and the talents listed correspond to the position you are applying for. 

 

5. Frequently take steps that widen your options.

Why does this issue need to be addressed? Simply put, the choice to make is almost usually the challenging one that offers additional perspectives rather than the easy one. 

It's crucial to comply with this rule, especially if you're just starting out on the journey. It will entail spending a lot of time and committing to a variety of tasks within the position you have selected, some of which you will unavoidably dislike or find unpleasant.

 

6. Put A Lot Of Practice Into Finding The Right Balance:

This won't make it easier because you believe it to be your ideal career. In reality, practice is going to take up a lot of your time. But quality must first go hand in hand with practice.

In actuality, it is organizing your job so that you must overcome gradually greater challenges, each one a little more challenging than the last.

Quality and practice must live alongside in harmony. By doing this, you'll be more prepared to deal with unexpected occurrences and steer clear of frustrating situations.

 

7. Follow A System:

People who are focused on winning don't follow objectives; they follow a system. You must establish yourself on a project or system in order to achieve your goal of getting the job you want.

Even if this project doesn't work out, you will still have gained job and interpersonal skills. It's about making decisions that will inevitably help you advance, get better, and gain knowledge that will enable you to be successful in your future endeavors.

Employers notice and value the fact that you took the effort to tailor your CV to the position and that you actually have something to contribute because it's the job you've always wanted.  

The last but not the least step in getting your dream job is exploring platforms or websites where jobs are posted. 

Platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Flexjobs, Upwork, Fiverr and social media groups will always bring you a step closer to getting your dream job.

Visit them daily and apply for jobs of your choice. Don't ever get tired of applying. 

Set a goal of a particular number of applications you'd send everyday, and work towards achieving this goal. 

Be positive during this season, because a positive mindset would do you better than any other one.
